Assistant Manager - RTR

Role Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end R2R activities in Indian accounting including month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance, while driving process improvements and supporting audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end and year-end close activities
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and provisions
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations
• Support financial reporting and MIS preparation
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Coordinate with auditors and resolve audit queries
• Drive process improvements and SOP adherence

Requirements:

• CA / CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• 6-10 years of experience in R2R / GL accounting
• Strong knowledge of IFRS / Ind AS / US GAAP
• Hands-on experience with ERPs (SAP preferred)
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
