About the Role

Were looking for an Assistant Manager Resume Writing with a strong recruitment background who can bring a recruiters perspective to resume quality, client communication and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Review resumes for quality, accuracy, relevance and recruiter appeal.
• Understand client requirements and translate feedback into actionable changes.
• Apply recruitment expertise to ensure resumes effectively highlight candidates’ skills and experience.
• Guide and coordinate the resume writing team.
• Manage client revisions and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Conduct final quality checks before resume delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• Recruitment / HR background preferred.
• Strong experience in CV screening and candidate evaluation.
• Experience conducting interviews.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of effective resumes.
• Good team coordination and management skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Someone who has extensively screened resumes, interviewed candidates and understands what recruiters look for in a CV.
