Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct primary research on food ingredients, processing techniques, and market trends to identify new opportunities for product development.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality raw materials for production.
  
• Provide technical support to manufacturing teams during product launches and troubleshoot issues related to formulation development.
