Assistant Manager-Recruitment

Handle end-to-end recruitment. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals. Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports. Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.

Required Candidate profile

Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals & other sourcing channels. Excellent skills in candidate screening, interviewing & stakeholder coordination & MS Excel/Google Sheets.
