Job Description
Revenue Generation & Sales Targets
- Achieve individual assigned revenue targets and actively contribute to driving Avery Dennison India s goal.
- Monitor market trends, customer developments, and competitive activities to identify potential growth opportunities.
2. Strategic Brand & Stakeholder Management
- Develop, nurture, and sustain long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers and C-suite executives at global and regional Brand Local Offices.
- Position Avery Dennison as a preferred solutions partner by understanding brand goals, challenges, and requirements.
3. RFP & Global Commercial Coordination
- Lead global or local RFPs/ tenders assigned key accounts.
- Coordinate closely with Avery Dennison s Global Commercial Team to ensure strategic alignment, consistent pricing strategies, and smooth execution of business.
4. Cross-Functional Alignment (Factory & Product Development)
- Work seamlessly with Factory Sales teams to align brand-level commitments with factory-level execution, ensuring complete visibility.
- Work with the Product Development team to champion new item developments.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams to provide a long term sales plan.. Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, account management, or brand solutions within Packaging, Labelling, Apparel/Retail Accessories, or Manufacturing industries.
