Role & responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Food Science / Nutrition Science / Chemistry / Microbiology
- Knowledge of FSSAI & FSSAI Act, Global Food regulations such as CODEX, USFDA, EU, FSANZ, GSO Etc
- Knowledge of Food Safety Management System / Vegan / organic etc.
- Creating Ingredient List & Nutrition for New Product
- Creating Ingredient List & Nutrition chart for existing product for recipe revision
- Create Country wise ( USA/UK/Canada/GCC etc ) Ingredient list & Nutrition chart for products
- Provide Approval on Final Artwork
Qualification: Bachelor / masters degree in Life Science / Food Science / Food technology / Nutrition Science
Experience: 3-4 Years Experience
