Assistant Manager - Quality

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits, inspections, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  
• Develop and implement quality control plans for industrial projects, including construction materials testing and inspection.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in project execution and develop corrective actions.
  
• Ensure accurate recording of test results, inspection reports, and other relevant documents using QA/QC software tools.
  
• Provide training on quality procedures to team members as needed.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control (QA/QC) or related field.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil OR Mechanical Engineering.
  
• Strong understanding of QA/QC principles, methods, and techniques applicable to industrial projects.
