Key Responsibilities

• Visit the SSS locations as per schedule and conduct the detailed process and system audit. Ensure the closure of NCs observed during audits. Present the monthly MIS about the same to Management.
• Analysis of data (customer complaint, pending activities)
• Initiate and lead the improvement projects related to process & system.
• Work closely with operations team.
• Maintain the data ready and up-to date related to Quality.
• Use quality tools & various data sources in order to determine causes of quality issues.
• Establishing an on-going process to maintain quality data and defining quality audit processes
• Identifying and leveraging opportunities to improve the quality management processes, systems, and standards
• Training and articulating the other departmental professionals regarding the benefits and need for quality checking
• Working closely with clients and internal business units to resolve any quality issues
• Recommending modifications and changes, if any, to the appropriate departments
• Preparing clear explanatory documents like process documentation and charters
• Analyzing the customer complaints and doing RCA/CAPA etc.
• Doing micro level study of processes and improving the same for cost/productivity/quality benefits.
• Handling the client audits
• Working towards ensuring minimum/zero penalty/credit due to service issues.

Qualifications:

• Should be minimum graduate from Premier Institutes with Good academic scores
• Post Graduates
• Six Sigma, ISO9001

Professional experience, skills, knowledge, and special expertise required:

• 8 to 10 years of experience in the quality function of service industry.
• Should have an excellent understanding of the processes
• Strong communication skills
• Professionals from service industry
• Six Sigma, ISO9001 knowledge and experience.
• Analytical skills.
