Role & responsibilities

• 8 TO 12 years of experience in quantity surveying and billing in real estate or construction projects
• Experience in residential, commercial, township, or high-rise projects preferred

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Quantity Surveyor to manage quantity estimation, cost planning, billing, tendering, and contract administration for real estate construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective cost control, accurate quantity measurements, vendor billing verification, and coordination with project stakeholders to achieve budget and project objectives.
