Assistant Manager- Purchase (CAPEX)

Role & responsibilities

• Implement procurement strategies, policies & procedures aligned with ADANI SOPs
• Prioritize procurement activities to meet project timelines and TAT requirements.
• Maintain a Contracts Master for effective document tracking and monitoring.
• Handle procurement across multiple disciplines including Civil, MEP, Kitchen Equipments, Furniture/Fixtures and other Non-food Buying for F&B Outlets
• Ensure timely release of PO/WO in SAP in compliance with internal processes.
• Provide periodic MIS reports and insights to management.
• Support statutory and internal audit requirements with relevant data and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Projects, Design, Finance, and Estimation teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.

Preferred candidate profile :-

• Any Graduate
• Post Graduation in Supply Chain Management (Pref)
• Relevant Purchase experince in Restaurant and Fine dine is (Mandatory)
• SAP/ARIBA Experience is preferred
• Good Communication & negotoation Skill
