Assistant Manager - Projects

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the Project Manager for assigned projects based on project requirements.
• Take overall responsibility for the successful planning and execution of assigned projects.
• Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, monitor, and control project activities to achieve defined project objectives.
• Understand and ensure adherence to the scope of work, project specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive project plans and schedules and use them as the basis for project monitoring and control.
• Manage the overall execution and progress of engineering projects.
• Coordinate with various engineering disciplines to ensure effective interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary coordination during proposal preparation and project execution.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address project requirements, priorities, and deliverables.

Experience & Industry Exposure

• Proven experience in executing engineering projects in one or more of the following sectors:
• Oil & Gas
• Power
• Water Treatment
• Chemical
• Refinery
• Exposure to projects for major Owner/Operators such as:
• ADNOC
• Saudi Aramco
• QatarEnergy
• KNPC
• PDO
• Other similar international Owner/Operator organizations
