Position: Assistant Manager / Project Manager construction

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction projects from start to completion.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, materials, and resources.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
• Ensure construction quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Identify project risks and resolve issues effectively.
• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Preferred Skills:

• 36 years of experience in Construction / Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and project coordination.
• Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
