Assistant Manager - Production

• Manage and supervise assembly line shop floor operations.
• Ensure production efficiency, productivity, quality, and safety targets are achieved.
• Handle manpower planning, deployment, and performance monitoring.
• Drive waste reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and other departments to achieve production targets.
• Identify and resolve production issues using 7 QC Tools and problem-solving methodologies.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
• Monitor production performance and prepare reports using MS Office.
• Utilize Oracle applications for production tracking and reporting.
