Job Description
Job Summary
- Production Planning: Execute daily and monthly production plans, achieve targets, and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Shop-Floor Management: Supervise operators and technicians, allocate manpower, monitor productivity, and maintain workforce discipline.
- Process Improvement: Reduce downtime, rejection, rework, and material wastage through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Quality Control: Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, SOPs, and quality standards; coordinate corrective actions for recurring defects.
- Resource Management: Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, and Planning teams to ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and components.
- Machine Maintenance & Safety: Coordinate preventive maintenance, minimize breakdowns, and ensure workplace safety and housekeeping.
- MIS & Cost Control: Track production output, rejection, downtime, material consumption, and productivity; maintain daily production reports.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Quality, Design, Engineering, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams to resolve production issues and meet delivery commitments.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of production targets and on-time order completion.
- Reduction in rejection, rework, material wastage, and machine downtime.
- Improvement in labour productivity and machine utilization.
- Compliance with quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Timely and accurate production reporting.

Our product portfolio includes systems for raw material handling, conveying, drying, dehumidifying, blending, loss-in-weight operations, mold temperature control, water chilling plants, and complete turnkey process automation solutions. We are currently undergoing a significant expansion with the addition of a new manufacturing facility in Greater Noida, complementing our existing production units in Noida.
