Assistant Manager- Production

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for independent shift handling and managing floor operations within the production department.
• Execute plastic product process troubleshooting to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Manage process rejection control and material weight optimization.
• Allocate and control manpower ranging from 100 to 200 personnel per shift.
• Handle robot operations and setup.
• Operate and monitor molding machines, specifically Haitian, Tedric, L&T, and CLF systems.
• Apply working knowledge of plastic raw materials, covering both commodity and engineering plastics.
• Utilize computer systems and ERP software such as SAP and Finsys for daily operations.
