1.Production Planning

2.Monitoring of RM Stocks for open orders

3.Monitoring of 5S in plant

4.Hourly Productivity Tracking of all the machines

5.Planning & Monitoring preventive Maintenance

6.Coordination with Quality for maintaining Quality Standards

7.Training of all the Staff & Co-Workers

8.Coordination with external service vendors

9.Waste Management

10.Ensure Overall Equipment Effectiveness

11.Ensure 100% OTD by coordination with dispatch team

12.Weekly & Monthly presentations

13.Product development

14.Improving efficiency of the resources

15.Responsible for Internal & External audits

Preferred candidate profile

Experienced in Production Planning & End to End Production Process

Job Location : Shankarampet R Village, Near Chegunta, Medak

Mattress Industry candidates will be preferred

Salary : 8 to 11 LPA
