- To work Pro-actively for reducing generation of defects in his shift.b) To work Pro-actively for Flow-out of defects in Next process.c) To ensure proper adeherance with quality standards in his shift
- To work for imrpove the process in all the aspectsb) To ensure all the process parameter are running within the standard value.c) To certified the operators / inspector
- To train all the operators about the machines,5S & Safety in his shift.
To monitor and review Manpower Productivity sq meter produce/person/month
- To Run the machine at defined Cycle time in his shift.b) To increase machine availability rate in his shift.c) To eliminate Rework generation in process in his shift.
- Ensuring safe operating practices are deployed as per SOPs in own area of operation in his shiftb) To provide awareness among employe for safety on shop floor in his shift.
