Assistant Manager Production (Blow Molding) - Sanand

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily production operations to ensure efficient use of resources and meet quality standards.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment, including blow moulds, to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product development, tooling, and supply chain management.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Job Requirements :

• Experience in blow moulding or Automotive / Automobile manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of blow moulding processes, including mould design, material selection, and molding techniques.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
