Assistant Manager/Product Manager

Job Purpose

• Develop Strategies to increase market size & share
• Ensure implementation of approved strategies to achieve the desired market share and leadership.
• KOL & Key Account development & Mgmt.
• Ensure improvement in profitability of products/product groups.
• Product life cycle management.
• Provide & ensure functional training to develop field force & managers.
• Attract, develop & retain people.

Main Accountabilities

• Support the planning and execution of brand and marketing strategies.
• Assist in implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Conduct basic market analysis, including market size, share, and competitor activity.
• Support KOL mapping and coordination with key hospitals and accounts.
• Collect market intelligence and share insights with the team.
• Coordinate with sales and field teams to support business objectives.
• Participate in field work to gain market insights and customer feedback.
• Support tender-related activities under guidance.
• Assist in the development and execution of product-wise initiatives and schemes.
• Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.
• Support training programs related to product and promotional knowledge.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, COC, and compliance requirements.

Education

• B. Pharma, M.B.A (MKTG.)
• 3-5 yrs experience in Marketing
• Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience is desirable
