Assistant Manager (Product Hiring)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT Product hiring (FTE)across technology and product-based companies.
• Handle leadership and niche technology hiring mandates.
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, driving productivity and hiring targets.
• Manage key clients, understand requirements, and ensure timely closures.
• Build strong client relationships and provide regular hiring updates and market insights.
• Handle sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and process compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 610 years of IT recruitment experience from a consultancy Or staffing Firm.
• Strong experience in IT Product hiring and niche technology recruitment.
• Proven team handling and client handling experience.
• Experience in leadership hiring and managing multiple mandates.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and target-oriented approach.
