Assistant Manager - Procurement & Analytics

Your Role at EPL

To support the Manager/Leadership in driving procurement excellence, strategic sourcing, sustainability initiatives, and supply chain transformation projects across global operations. The role will include day-to-day procurement and supply chain activities while ensuring cost competitiveness, compliance, operational excellence, and stakeholder satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Support global procurement initiatives and category management projects.
• Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities through value engineering, supplier consolidation, and commercial negotiations (as per need).
• Manage periodic procurement and supply chain dashboards/trackers
• Responsible for functionally overseeing Process improvements, Analytics (Power BI/SAP) & Insights for supply chain.
• Monitor commodity trends and provide market intelligence to stakeholders.
• Support ESG and sustainability initiatives within the supply chain
• Work closely with internal stakeholders like Manufacturing, Planning, Finance, Sustainability, and Regional SCM teams.
• Manage sourcing of key raw materials and semi-finished goods while overseeing import/export operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, customs documentation, duty optimization & logistics planning to support seamless global supply chain operations.
