About the Role

We are looking for highly articulate and customer-focused Pre-Sales professionals to join our team for the launch of our premium luxury villa project in Hyderabad

Candidates from Real Estate, BPO, KPO, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Engagement, or International Voice Processes with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
• Qualify prospects, understand customer requirements, and generate quality site visit opportunities.
• Communicate confidently with prospective customers and provide accurate information about the project, pricing, offers, and amenities.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the closing sales team, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture leads and maximize conversions.
• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead conversion and site visits.
• Coordinate closely with the closing sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Stay updated on project developments, market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and offers.

Key Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Engagement, BPO/KPO, or Real Estate Sales.
• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
• Candidates from BPO/KPO, International Voice Process, Inside Sales, or Customer Service backgrounds with strong communication and customer-handling skills are preferred.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, relationship-building, and follow-up abilities.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and lead management systems.
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Professional communication skills with the ability to engage premium/HNI customers.
• Willingness to work on weekends, with weekly offs on weekdays.
