Assistant Manager - POSH

Role & responsibilities

• Facilitate comprehensive documentation for POSH grievances and meticulously coordinate scheduling for Internal Committee (IC) proceedings, ensuring statutory quorum requirements are consistently met for all inquiry sessions.
• Administer and maintain meticulously organized and highly secure repositories for all POSH-related documentation, encompassing comprehensive training logs, and strictly confidential correspondence.
• Help design internal communication materials such as posters, mailers, and other updates to keep POSH awareness active throughout the year.
• Assist in organizing and scheduling POSH sensitization sessions, and other initiatives for employees.
• Assist the team in compiling data required for the statutory POSH compliances.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate with 3-8 years of experience in POSH compliance handling.
• Strong communication skills.
