Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing

Role & responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta and other digital platforms.
• Manage the complete funnel from lead generation to admission and revenue, with focus on lead quality and conversions.
• Manage audience targeting, budgets, bidding, media planning and campaign optimization to improve CPA, CAC and ROAS.
• Track and analyse campaign performance using GA4, GTM, pixels, UTMs, attribution and conversion tracking.
• Develop performance-driven creatives and conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences and landing pages.
• Work closely with Sales, CRM, Analytics, Product, Creative and external agencies to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Acquisition.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience managing large media budgets and lead-generation campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, attribution, CPA/CAC, ROAS and conversion funnels.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Education, BFSI, E-commerce, D2C or other high-volume businesses is preferred.
