Assistant Manager - PE Ops

Overview

The HR Operations Sr. Coordinator is responsible for executing Workforce Administration transactions across the employee lifecycle in accordance with defined service levels, policies, and standard operating procedures. The role supports employee data management, HR transactions, and operational excellence through effective utilization of HR systems and tools.

Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Administration

• Process employee lifecycle transactions (Minimum 40 cases per day) including:
• Hire and Rehire
• Job changes and transfers
• Promotions and compensation updates
• Terminations and offboarding
• Leave of Absence (LOA) transactions
• Ensure accurate and timely employee data maintenance in HR systems.
  
  

HR Systems & Data Management

• Maintain employee records in Employee Central and SAP.
• Validate data integrity and perform data corrections when required.
• Support data replication monitoring and issue resolution.
• Maintain adherence to data governance and compliance requirements.
  
  

Service Delivery Excellence

• Deliver transactions within agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Ensure high-quality customer service to employees, managers, and HR stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements.
  
  

Process & Operational Support

• Follow standard operating procedures and controls.
• Participate in continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR teams, payroll teams, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree.
• 3-4 years of experience in HR Operations, Workforce Administration, Shared Services, or HR Service Delivery.
• Experience working with:
• SAP HCM
• SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
