Assistant Manager Payroll

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing, including salary administration, attendance management, leave management, bonus calculations, and statutory compliance (PF & ESIC).
  
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages to employees through various payment modes.
  
• Maintain records of employee data, timekeeping, and time office activities using SuccessFactors software.
  
• Coordinate with HR team for recruitment processes such as joining formalities and onboarding new employees.
  
• Provide support in resolving employee queries related to payroll matters.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in Payroll Management or a similar role.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a recognized institution.
  
• Proficiency in Attendance Management Systems (e.g., Time Office), Salary Processing Software (e.g., SuccessFactors), Factory Act regulations.
