    Position Summary
    Weare looking for a proactive and detail-oriented leader to join HCA andsupervise a team of Accounting Clerks and Sr. Accounting Clerks to ensuretimely and accurate execution of accounting tasks, and support the Manager ingeneral reporting and compliance.

    Major Responsibilities:
    Supervisedaily accounting operations and team deliverables
    Reviewjournal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports
    Ensurecompliance with accounting standards and internal controls
    Supportaudits and month-end close activities
    Trainand mentor team members
    Providesupport and guidance to Sr Accounting Clerks
    Participatein special projects, such as audits, budgeting, and forecasting, as assigned bymanagement


    Education & Experience:
    Bachelorsdegree in accounting or finance (CA Inter/MBA preferred) Required
    68years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Required
    Strongknowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems Preferred
    Experiencein managing audits and financial reporting cycles Required

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Behaviors:
    Excellentcommunication and team management skills Required
    Strongorganizational and time management skills Required
    Abilityto work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Required
    Willingnessto learn and take on new challenges Required
