Assistant Manager - Outbound Operations

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end outbound warehouse operations including: o Picking, Packing , Order verification , Shipment Handover.
• Ensure achievement of daily targets and SLA adherence.
• Handle manpower planning, roster management, and shift operations.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, inventory controls, and safety standards.
• Manage escalations related to delayed orders, shortages, and operational issues.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in E-commerce fulfillment operations
• Pharma or healthcare logistics
• Large-scale warehouse handling
• Manage escalations related to delayed orders, shortages, and operational issues
• Coordinate with: Inventory/Inbound teams , Transport/logistics partners
