We're looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – Operations to lead teams, drive performance, and deliver exceptional client outcomes in the Content Moderation domain.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a large team, ensuring performance targets and operational goals are achieved.
Manage and develop 2+ Team Leaders and 50+ indirect reportees.
Monitor team performance, conduct feedback sessions, and drive continuous improvement.
Manage client relationships and stakeholder communication, ensuring high client satisfaction.
Analyze operational data, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights.
Identify process risks, implement corrective actions, and maintain quality and compliance standards.
Drive process improvements, resource optimization, and operational efficiency.
Resolve team conflicts and foster a collaborative, high-performance work culture.
Identify training needs and support the professional development of team members.

What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in Content Moderation or a related domain.
Experience managing 2+ Team Leaders and 50+ indirect reportees with minimal supervision.
Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in client and stakeholder management.
Ability to manage performance, handle escalations, and drive process improvements.
Flexibility to work in different shifts and on different workdays as per business requirements.
A reliable work-from-home setup with a stable internet connection.
