ASSISTANT MANAGER - OPERATIONS

• Being customer centric, yearly meeting all internal / external customers /port terminal also customs and providing the best service to our customers. Focusing mainly on customers satisfaction by understanding their difficulties by simplifying the procedures
• To arrange timely movement of all import containers within free period
• To arrange effective yard stacking optimal yard space utilization
• Effective housekeeping of the yard
• Optimal space utilization in export/ import warehouse
• Monitoring daily movement timely dispatch of reports
• Attend supervise de- stuffing of LCL containers de-stuffing, delivery of imports
• Attend carting/ stuffing of export cargo. Ensuring faster turnaround of vehicles containers
• Optimal utilization of labours forklift equipment
• Optimal utilization of Nestainer in import LCL
• Co-ordinate with transporter for faster movement of import as well as exports / empty containers from to CFS
• Attend all customer related issues for smooth running of CFS
• To reply messages related to imports/ export operations to all customers
• Liaise with customs/ Port officials proactively manage all permissions, matters to the satisfaction of CFS Operations
• Timely / accurate submission of all daily operation reports
• Co-ordinate with customers/ Port/ Lines for various permissions smooth running of CFS activities
