Role Summary


Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end inventory operations at the site.
• Ensure high inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
• Manage client requirements and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Lead a team of Executives and off-role Associates within the inventory function.
• Plan manpower, allocate responsibilities, and monitor team performance.
• Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure adherence to SOPs and client processes.
• Monitor inventory movements, discrepancies, ageing, damages, and process deviations.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly operational and inventory MIS.
• Coordinate with client and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify process gaps and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Required Skills Experience

• 58 years of experience in site operations and inventory management .
• Proven experience managing inventory teams, including Executives and Associates.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage client requirements and resolve operational issues.
• Strong knowledge of inventory processes, audits, reconciliation, and warehouse operations.
• Good analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/WMS systems preferred.
• Graduate degree; Supply Chain / Logistics qualification preferred.
