Assistant Manager-Operation Manager(Facility Management)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day soft service operations across assigned client sites.
• Supervise housekeeping, pantry, landscaping, pest control and other soft service activities.
• Ensure adequate manpower deployment as per client requirements and agreed SLAs.
• Prepare and monitor staff rosters, attendance and shift schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure service quality and hygiene standards.
• Handle client concerns, complaints and service escalations professionally.
• Coordinate with supervisors and site teams for smooth operational execution.
• Monitor manpower productivity, absenteeism and attrition.

Preferred candidate profile

• 48 years of experience in Facility Management / Soft Services / Housekeeping Operations.
• Experience in managing large manpower and multiple sites will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping and soft service operations.
• Strong communication, client-handling and team-management skills.
