Position : Assistant Manager New Product Development (NPD)

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in New Product Development (NPD).
• Qualification: B.Tech or an equivalent relevant technical qualification.

• Strong experience in end-to-end NPD activities, including new product development, product design and development, process validation, trials, and product industrialization.

• Experience in the Glass (Tubular) industry is mandatory.
• Prior experience in MNC organizations is preferred.
• Willingness to work at Gujarat location.
