Job Title: Assistant Manager Milk Procurement

Educational Qualification

• B.Sc. Agriculture / B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.Tech Dairy Technology or any relevant degree.
• MBA/PGDM in Agribusiness or Rural Management will be an added advantage.

Experience Required

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in milk procurement, based on relevant experience consider for ZM or Deputy manager cadre.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve daily and monthly milk procurement targets across the assigned zone.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dairy farmers, FPOs, and farmer groups.
• Expand milk procurement networks, MCCs, and BMCs.
• Monitor milk quality, procurement costs, and transportation efficiency.
• Lead and monitor field procurement teams.
• Coordinate with Animal Husbandry, veterinary services, artificial insemination, fodder development, and cattle feed teams.
• Prepare procurement MIS reports and implement strategies to improve milk collection.
• Ensure farmer retention, procurement budget control, and operational efficiency.

• Experience in milk procurement and rural field operations.
• Team management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned zone.
• Knowledge of local languages and dairy procurement practices.
