  1. Handle metallurgical processes, testing and quality control for bearing manufacturing.
  2. Conduct material analysis, metallurgical inspection and failure analysis.
  3. Manage heat treatment, hardness, microstructure and material testing activities.
  4. Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications and customer requirements.
  5. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Tool Room & R&D teams for process improvement.
  6. Analyze metallurgical issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
