DSS Imagetech is looking for a driven sales professional to take charge of a west region, selling the IVF lab equipment that clinics depend on every day, and to build lasting relationships with the specialists who use them.

The role at a glance:

You will own IVF equipment sales for a Mumbai-based territory, working directly with the embryologists and clinicians who run IVF labs. It is a hands-on, field-first role: you demo the equipment, win the order, and stay on to support the customer after the sale.

What you'll do

Your job is to hit territory and brand-wise sales targets while becoming the trusted name in every IVF lab you cover. In practice, your week blends five kinds of work.

• Sell: You own the sales numbers for your assigned territory, both overall and brand by brand. That means running product demos for micromanipulators, CO2 incubators, laminar flow systems and microscopes, guiding each customer from first enquiry to confirmed order, and managing orders and customer records through CRM and SAP.
• Build relationships: IVF is a specialist community, and trust is everything. You will stay in regular contact with embryologists, clinicians and technicians, and keep the database of embryologists and clinicians accurate and up to date so that no opportunity slips through.
• Grow the territory: You will research the market, track trends, study competitors, and spot new business opportunities before anyone else does, then turn those insights into your sales strategy for the territory.
• Support after the sale: A sale is only the beginning. You will work closely with the service and application teams to resolve customer queries quickly, and you will provide post-sale assistance so each installation keeps delivering for the lab.

Who you are

You are a confident, technically credible communicator who is equally comfortable at the lab bench and in the meeting room.

• Experience and skills: You bring 3 to 7 years of experience, along with excellent communication and presentation skills that let you explain complex equipment simply. You have strong technical and product knowledge of IVF equipment such as micromanipulators, CO2 incubators, laminar flow systems and microscopes, and an in-depth understanding of the IVF equipment and consumables markets. You are hands-on with G Suite, MS Office and CRM, and you are willing to travel across the region.

• Education: A science degree (BSc or MSc) is the foundation. A B.Tech in Biotechnology or Biomedical Engineering is preferred.
