Job Responsibilities

• Ensure availability of mechanical equipment in operating condition to achieve production targets with required quality.
• Ensure availability of spares and raw material inventory as per required stock levels to avoid disruption in production activities.
• Monitor and analyse equipment downtime and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to reduce its impact on Cost, Quality, and Delivery.
• Plan and execute maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and availability.
• Assist plants in conducting Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) for major-risk projects by providing technical support.
• Participate in Process Safety Event investigations and Root Cause Analysis.
• Coordinate with site management teams to track and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure safety and environmental awareness among employees and support training wherever required.
• Identify critical spares and ensure their availability for timely maintenance activities.
