- Coordinated preparation and submission of as-built documentation, drawing packages, BOMs, and customer deliverables.
- Ensured compliance with customer standards, QMS, IMS, safety, and document control procedures.
- Resolved technical issues, supported manufacturing teams, and drove continuous improvement through standardization and root cause analysis.
- Led and mentored a team of 5-8 Junior Engineers, overseeing task allocation, workload management, quality checks, and performance development.
