Job Summary

As Document Controller, manage engineering documentation, document revisions, transmittals, approvals and ensure compliance with document control procedures.

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Responsibilities

• Application of the Document Control Process
• Check of administrative compliance of the technical documentation
• Initiation of documents approval flow
• Management of internal distribution lists
• Internal distribution of the technical documentation to the execution teams
• Coherence of technical documentation data basis
• Completeness of project management tools such as the Master Document Lists of projects
• Archival storage of the technical documentation
• Data encoding such as employees time sheets

Background, Skills and Competencies

• Education Experience 1-2 years experience preferably in technical or industrial context as Document Controller
• Graduate in Arts / Science / Commerce
• Good written and oral skills in English
• Familiar with Office 365 (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Data Base Management
• Archive of Engineering documents from order booking to drawings issue to cross functional team
• Basic Knowledge of Power BI, SAP
• Knowledge of Audit execution
