Assistant Manager - Marketing

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the business operations of Havells Haridwar (Water Purifier & SDA - JMG) and Eureka Forbes Dehradun & Bangalore for Noida and Rishikesh units.
• Handling all activities related to the responsibilities of the Marketing Department, including planning, organizing, leading, and controlling operations for the assigned customers.
• Managing day-to-day coordination with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer sales plans.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by handling customer calls, emails, and queries on a daily basis.
• Monitoring and ensuring timely payment collection from customers.
• Developing, organizing, and executing sales plans for the assigned customers.

Identifying and developing new profitable business opportunities in moulding and tooling from both existing and new customers.
