Assistant Manager - Marketing - Tirupati

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with referring doctors, consultants, clinics, and nursing homes.
2. Identify potential referral sources and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
3. Conduct regular field visits to doctors, healthcare centres, and referral institutions.
4. Promote hospital services, specialties, facilities, and clinical capabilities to referral partners.
5. Generate patient referrals and achieve assigned referral business targets.
6. Build and strengthen relationships with general practitioners, specialists, and healthcare practitioners.
7. Coordinate with internal consultants and clinical departments to facilitate smooth patient referrals.
8. Organize doctor engagement programmes, CME activities, health camps, and medical awareness programmes.
9. Develop referral networks across Tirupati and surrounding towns and districts.
10. Monitor referral trends, patient conversions, and business growth.
11. Maintain regular follow-ups with referral doctors to ensure continued engagement.
12. Address referral partner concerns and coordinate with hospital departments for timely resolution.
13. Work closely with OPD, IPD, International Patient Services, and other departments to improve patient conversion.
14. Collect market intelligence on competitor hospitals, services, pricing, and referral practices.
15. Prepare daily visit reports, referral activity reports, and monthly performance MIS.
16. Ensure effective communication of new services, specialty launches, and hospital developments to referral partners.
17. Identify opportunities to expand the hospital's reach in semi-urban and rural areas.
18. Coordinate with the marketing team to implement territory-specific promotional activities.
19. Ensure ethical referral marketing practices and maintain professional relationships with healthcare practitioners.
20. Achieve assigned revenue, referral generation, and business development targets.
