Requirements

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Handle Air Freight pricing enquiries and prepare competitive quotations.
• Negotiate rates with airlines and overseas agents.
• Coordinate with customers, operations and agents.
• Provide timely responses and effective solutions to customer queries.
• Follow up on quotations and support business conversion.
• Handle customer, airline, and pricing-related escalations.
• Maintain updated freight rates and monitor market trends.
• Ensure competitive pricing with healthy profit margins.
• Maintain records of rates, quotations, and customer requirements.
• Ensure good customer service and timely shipment coordination.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
