Role & responsibilities

• Cash Flow Management Overseeing & managing the cashflows, preparing forecasts and doing variance analysis.
• Fund Position Manage the daily fund positions for decision making on payments to be made, borrowing working capital facilities
• Overseeing the disbursement and repayment of various working credit facilities
• Reviewing the bank interest, bank charges and other related costs
• Preparation and submission of CMA for renewal of working capital limits
• Managing the renewal of working capital limits and providing the necessary details to the bankers
• Facilitating of required information for availment of fresh / enhancement of credit facilities
• Reviewing the facility and security documents / agreements, interacting with lenders / security trustee / legal counsels for execution of security documents
• Interacting with the bankers for day to day matters
• Monitoring the group debt position
• Reviewing the stock statements for Drawing Power calculation
• Submission of periodical documents like stock statement, FFR, Due diligence report and other documents
• Ensuring the compliances of various sanctioned terms and conditions stipulated by lenders
• Preparation of monthly Treasury MIS
• Interacting with accounting, auditing, legal, secretarial teams as per requirement
