Assistant Manager/Manager Talent Acquisition

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements to offer closure and joining.
• Partner with business and functional leaders to understand hiring requirements, role specifications and talent needs.
• Source and identify relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals and other channels.

Preferred candidate profile

• 57 years of relevant Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
