Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Sales to drive business development and sales across retail, subsidy-driven and project-based solar markets, including Kusum A, B & C, PM Surya Ghar, Solar Dealers/EPCs, C&I and IPP/Utility EPC segments, with a focus on Solar Modules, Solar Inverters, BESS and Solar Pumps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets through retail sales, dealers, distributors, EPCs, IPPs, developers and institutional clients.
• Develop business opportunities for Solar PV Modules, Solar Inverters, BESS and Solar Pumps.
• Develop and manage dealer, distributor, installer and EPC networks for retail, subsidy and project business.
• Generate and convert enquiries into orders.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, presentations and negotiations.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Track market trends, competitor activities and sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical proposals, quotations, orders and execution.

Candidate Profile

• 57 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the solar/renewable-energy industry.
• Experience in Solar PV Modules, Solar Inverters, BESS, Solar Pumps, EPC sales or Channel Sales.
• Strong B2B sales, business development and negotiation skills.
• Experience with dealership/channel network development preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan.

Work Profile: 40–50% Field Work | 50–60% Office Work
