About this role
We are currently hiring for the position of Assistant Manager / Manager - SAP B1 Manufacturing Industry located in Goregaon, Mumbai.
- Position: Assistant Manager / Manager - SAP B1
- Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Role Overview:
The candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day SAP Business One functional support, understanding business processes, preferably within a manufacturing environment, coordinating with users, implementation partners, and supporting process automation and IoT-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day SAP Business One support to end users across business functions.
- Understand and support business processes related to Production, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Quality, Finance and Logistics.
- Analyse user issues, identify root causes and coordinate with SAP consultants/vendors for resolution.
- Support SAP B1 master data and transaction-related activities.
- Prepare and maintain functional requirements, process documentation and user requirement documents.
- Coordinate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into system/process improvements.
- Participate in SAP B1 implementation, enhancement, testing and add-on activities.
- Coordinate with SAP partners for system integration and process improvements.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation and analysis between SAP and operational systems.
- Conduct user training and prepare SOPs/user guides for SAP-related processes.
- Monitor system issues and ensure timely resolution through proper follow-up and coordination.
