About this role
- Partner Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach and cover target micro-markets.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, daily working relationships with broker networks, hosting regular catch-ups, joint business planning (JBP) meetings, and project briefings.
- Project Enablement: Educate channel partners on project USPs, pricing, inventory availability, floor plans, and payment schemes.
- Site Visits & Walk-ins: Coordinate and accompany channel partners and their prospective clients during on-site walk-throughs and sample-flat tours.
- Sales Conversion: Track leads from initial inquiry to site visit, negotiation, and final booking closure, working closely with internal sales, pre-sales, and CRM teams.
- Brokerage & Payout Management: Ensure transparent, timely processing of broker commissions and resolve payout disputes to maintain partner trust.
- MIS & Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly management information systems (MIS) tracking partner-wise walk-ins, conversion rates, and pipeline forecasts.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor project launches, pricing trends, and broker feedback to adjust sales strategies.
