Assistant Manager/ Manager - Sales & Marketing (SOH)

Core Responsibilities

• Signage & Promotion/Shootings/Banquets Income
• Kiosk/RMU revenues
• New vendor creations/National/local agencies
• Documentation-MOU, Invoice generation, Indemnity, Permissions etc.
• Capex utilization SOH inventories
• New revenue sources (Innovation & idea management)
• Signage Licenses tracker and timely renewal
• Daily SOH and Kiosk/RMU tracker reporting
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A team player with leadership abilities
• Strong work ethic, intense drive, and initiative for service delivery.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent people management and project management skills
• Graduate or Post Graduate with at least 5 years of in-depth understanding of Commercialization & Marketing.
• Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a calm and efficient manner
• Strong work ethic, intense drive, and initiative for quality and customer service.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• An inquisitive mind and willingness to learn and think differently would be essential
