Position: Assistant Manager / Manager Safety & Security
Location: Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai
Experience: 5–8 Years
Salary: Up to 45,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage overall safety and security operations at the organization.
• Develop and implement safety and security procedures.
• Monitor security personnel, access control, and surveillance systems.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential risks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Handle emergency situations, incidents, and security-related issues.
• Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees.
• Maintain safety reports, incident records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with management, security teams, and external agencies when required.

Preferred Skills:

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Safety & Security operations.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good knowledge of safety procedures, risk management, and security protocols.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle emergency and critical situations effectively.
