    - Oversee project teams, ensuring deliverables meet quality, timeline, and client requirements.

    - Directly interact with international clients and multiple stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve project issues.

    - Review and approve detailed construction and design plans, ensuring compliance with regional standards and regulations.

    - Mentor and train junior engineers and drafters on best practices, project standards, and software (primarily Civil 3D).

    - Coordinate with surveyors, architects, and other consultants for seamless project execution.

    - Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.

    Technical Competencies:

    - Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, including drafting, design, grading, corridor modeling, and plan production.

    - Strong knowledge of land development processes: site grading, drainage, utilities, roadway alignments, and earthwork calculations.

    - Experience with stormwater management design (hydrology, hydraulics, detention/retention systems) as per international standards.

    - Familiarity with international codes/standards (AASHTO, UK DMRB, Eurocodes) for land development and roadway projects.

    - Ability to interpret and transform survey data, topographic maps, and engineering sketches into detailed construction drawings.

    - Experience preparing construction documents: site layout, profiles, cross-sections, and quantity take-offs.

    - Proficiency in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (architects, MEP, surveyors, environmental consultants).

    - Competence in clash detection, utility coordination, and constructability reviews.

    - Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and document management systems.

    - Strong understanding of quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) processes in engineering deliverables.

    - Working knowledge of other relevant CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and InfraWorks.

    - Knowledge of GIS platforms and integration with CAD workflows is an advantage.

    - Ability to conduct design reviews, value engineering, and provide technical guidance to team members.

    Required Skills:

    - Proven experience (min. 8 years) in land development, infrastructure, and roadway projects for North American, UK, ANZ or European markets.

    - Excellent client management and communication skills, especially with international clients.

    - Ability to manage teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

    - Effective stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.

    - Advanced knowledge of MS Office and project management tools.

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelors or masters degree in civil engineering with specialization in Transportation Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Urban/Regional Planning, or related discipline.

    - Certification in project management or Civil 3D (preferred).

    - Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role within an international consulting or engineering environment.
